On December 21st, talented linguists from across Southeast Asia joined us online, filling the virtual space with energy and camaraderie. Despite being miles apart, the sense of connection was undeniable, reaffirming our shared dedication to excellence in localization.
Following the opening, Ms. Tuong Vi, our dynamic host, took us through an engaging recap of Hansem Vietnam’s milestones in 2024. From celebrating top-performing linguists to unveiling our 2025 vision of AI-powered market expansion, every moment highlighted our collective drive for innovation.
Training Session 1: AI Meets Languages – Redefining Translation Efficiency
Ms. Hy Truong, our Senior LQA, delivered an insightful session titled “AI Meets Languages: Redefining Translation Efficiency”. This in-depth presentation explored how AI is reshaping translation workflows, automating processes, cutting costs, and delivering lightning-fast turnarounds.
But it wasn’t all about the benefits. Ms. Hy tackled the tough questions too, diving into potential risks like data security challenges and the need for human oversight. With her expert tips, freelancers gained practical insights into balancing AI efficiency with the nuanced art of human translation.

Training Session 2: Shaping AI – The Art of Content Evaluation
Next up, Mr. Anh Le led a fascinating discussion on “Shaping AI: The Art of Content Evaluation”. Tackling the tricky topic of AI trainings—where AI outputs inaccurate or biased content—he emphasized the vital role of human expertise in ensuring quality and reliability.
Mr. Anh also highlighted Hansem Vietnam’s pioneering projects in AI Content Evaluation, opening the door to fresh challenges and thrilling opportunities for freelancers in 2025. His session inspired participants to embrace AI not as a replacement, but as a tool to amplify human creativity and adaptability.
