What started as one founder pioneering technical writing in Korea is today a team of 170+ across Korea, the US, and Vietnam, serving clients worldwide. Over those decades we've worked through every shift in the craft—from hand-typesetting and manual paste-up, to desktop publishing on the first Macintosh computers, to today's AI-driven production—each time reshaping how human expertise and new technology combine to raise both quality and speed.

Our ISO 9001 covers technical documentation development itself, a scope very few providers anywhere have even pursued, and we sustain it with a quality report issued every month.
