Project Summary

One of Hansem Global’s clients is a global manufacturer. Their consumer electronic products are garnering an excellent reputation and public interest around the world.  As our client was launching a new electronic device, they wanted to emphasize its newly applied AI features on the device and encourage potential customers to use them. Also, they wanted to find a new way of presenting video content, which customers might feel more comfortable with, and which would be a departure from more traditional approaches.

Challenges

Previously, how-to videos were the main content type used when showing how features work. These videos target users who have already purchased the product and guides them how to use it.

Since the purpose of this project was to draw interest from potential customers visiting retail stores, Hansem Global needed to develop content in a different way, such as advertisements or music videos, which could encourage people to try the product easily and make them want to use it themselves.

This necessitated a shift from the conventional editing-based approach to actual video shooting, which presented a new set of challenges for Hansem Global.
