Our History

Hansem was founded in 1990 with the mission to make critical information accessible and accurate, beginning with user manuals. Our expertise in simplifying complex information for consumer and IT products quickly established us as a vital partner for major corporations such as Samsung, achieving mastery in localization across over 60 languages.

To align with international standards for manual development and translation services, we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 18587, and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring the highest quality of project management and quality control.

Our dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond our business operations, as demonstrated by our ongoing partnership with the Red Cross since 2012, supporting global humanitarian efforts.
